STARKADE Legion fighters include stats, that will be ensure your fighter is battle-ready for the upcoming Legion Arena (to be released in a few months).
Power is the strength and offensive output of a fighter. But this strength can come in a variety of forms. A powerful fighter can opt for brute strength, fall-back on their mastery of certain techniques, or target an opponent’s weak spot with cold precision. While some see displays of power as the best way to overwhelm opponents, wily fighters might catch you off-balance if you throw yourself in feet-first.
Defence is a fighter’s ability to shrug off damage, or avoid it altogether. Some will fall back on their thick skins or their powerful armour and weapons. Others will evade attacks with feints and evasive motion, keeping their opponent from gaining the upper hand.
Speed is a measure of a fighter’s agility, dexterity, and quickness. But it has other effects on how a fighter performs in the arena. Fighters who choose to focus on speed (or are naturally gifted) will also find themselves able to recover more quickly than slower fighters.
Energy gives fighters the ability to tap into the otherworldly powers of magna. If they absorb enough of this strange essence, they can unleash show-stopping attacks on their opponent. Many fighters have built up huge audiences with their spectacular signature moves. But such attacks are draining, and it takes time to build up the energy required to do so again. Also, there are limits to how much energy one fighter can withstand. A fighter must be disciplined in how they use their energy, and choose the right moment to strike.
Some fighters are content to plan, and to fight in a world they can predict. Others are willing to embrace Chaos. Fighters who choose chaos are willing to throw open the gates to a universe of possibility (and impossibility), even if it also causes them damage and confusion. Chaos is not evil. It is simply the absence of control. Maybe it’ll be the wildcard that secures your victory, or maybe it’ll be your undoing. Either way, it’ll be a wild ride.
